Ms. Puhn is also a Huffington Post blogger and she writes the nationally syndicated “Fight Less, Love More” column.
With a B.A. and law degree from Harvard, where she served on the Board of the Harvard Mediation Program,
her in-depth legal and relationship communications analysis of new studies on relationships, celebrity divorce cases,
current events and politicians’ communication blunders makes her a media favorite.
Ms. Puhn hosted WPXN’s TV show “i on New York,” where she interviewed celebrities
and extraordinary individuals who overcame obstacles and serve as notable examples of self-empowerment.

She also practices law through a non-profit organization on behalf of victims of domestic violence.

She was the relationship expert for ViaCord, a division of PerkinElmer.
She was honored with the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Award by the Nassau County Commission on Human Rights
and her name is inscribed on the Town of North Hempstead’s Women’s Roll of Honor.
Laurie was awarded the Anti-Defamation League Leadership Award. As Co-Director of Community Development for the Junior League of Central Westchester,
she was honored to receive the 2014 President’s Award for her volunteer work.
She resides in New York with her husband and two young children.
